The 2021 Northern Irish Women's Premiership, was the 18th season of the top-tier women's football league in Northern Ireland. Glentoran Ladies were the defending champions.[1]

Glentoran Ladies won their ninth league title.[2]

For the 2021 season, no team was relegated as the league was to increase to eight teams for the 2022 season.[3]
