The 2024 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II comprises two international ice hockey tournaments of the 2023 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).[1]

The Group A tournament will be played in Canillo, Andorra, from 7 to 13 April and Group B in Istanbul, Turkey, from 1 to 7 April 2024.[2]
