The name Lise has been used for two tropical cyclones worldwide, one in the Western Pacific Ocean and in the South-West Indian Ocean.
In Western Pacific:
- Typhoon Lise (1949) – a typhoon that passed east of Japan.
In the Australian region:
- Cyclone Lise (1971) – formerly Cyclone Yvonne in the Australian basin, it was renamed Lise in the south-west Indian Ocean and remained away from land.
