Markowizna [markɔˈvizna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokołów Małopolski, within Rzeszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Sokołów Małopolski and 29 km (18 mi) north of the regional capital Rzeszów.
