The 2023 UNLV Rebels football team represented the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as a member of the Mountain West Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Rebels were led by Barry Odom in his first year as UNLV's head coach. The Rebels played their home games at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
The Rebels finished the season 9–5 overall and 6–2 in conference play, and qualified for the 2023 Mountain West Conference Football Championship Game, where they lost to Boise State. UNLV was invited to the 2023 Guaranteed Rate Bowl, losing to Kansas.
