The Boston Bruins are a professional ice hockey team based in Boston, Massachusetts. They are members of the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL)[1] and are one of the Original Six teams of the league.[2] Founded in 1924, they are the league's third-oldest team and the oldest team based in the United States, with 2023-24 season marking the 100th year for the franchise. As of the end of their 2022-23 season, the Bruins have won 2,357 regular season games, accumulated 27 division championships and six conference championships, led the league in points fifteen times, appeared in the playoffs 76 times and won six Stanley Cup titles.[3]
