Frankford and Delaware Avenue station, also known as the Northern Liberties Loop, is a SEPTA Route 15 trolley station in Philadelphia, United States, located in the Port Richmond neighborhood. The station serves the area surrounding Rivers Casino Philadelphia. The loop opened in 2012 to serve SEPTA Route 15 trolleys. This was due to the I-95 construction near Richmond Street. Trolleys had to be cut back, and buses had to take over to Richmond and Westmoreland Loop. Currently, SEPTA Route 15 is running with buses. There is a possibility that trolleys come back in fall 2023.
