Jiangchuan District (Chinese: 江川区; pinyin: Jiāngchuān Qū) is located in Yuxi, Yunnan, China.
The district is known for its Gantangjing Paleolithic sites which contains traces of the use of fire, presence of prehistoric carnivorous and rfauna.[1]
