Juan Gabriel Patiño Martinez (born 20 May 1989) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Cerro Porteño.[2]

Patiño has played club football for Guarani.[3]
He was called to be international with Paraguay in September 2015.[4]
