Pustularia mauiensis is a species of sea snail, a cowry, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Cypraeidae, the cowries.[2]

Description
The length of the shell attains 11.6 mm. It is a grazer on algae.[2]
Distribution
Like its subspecies, Pustularia mauinesis occurs off Hawaii.[2]
