The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kahama (Latin: Dioecesis Kahamaënsis) is a diocese located in Kahama in the Ecclesiastical province of Tabora in Tanzania.

- November 11, 1983: Established as Diocese of Kahama from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Tabora
