The Resource Group Pakistan, known as TRG Pakistan, is a Pakistani venture capital company which invests in business process outsourcing and technology companies and is based in Karachi, Pakistan.[2][3] It was founded in 2002.[4]
TRG Pakistan was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on December 2, 2002 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). TRG obtained the certificate of commencement of business on February 27, 2003. The operations of the Company effectively started on April 11, 2003.[5]
