José Balseca (19 August 1933 - 15 September 2019)[1] was an Ecuadorian footballer.[2][3] He played in five editions of the Copa America[4] : 1953,[5] 1955,[6] 1957,[7] 1959(Ecuador)[8] and 1963.[9]
