Leonard Illarionovich Adamov (Russian: Леонард Илларионович Адамов, Ukrainian: Леонард Ілларіонович Адамов; 10 March 1941 – 9 November 1977) was a Ukrainian and Soviet football player. He committed suicide by jumping out of his apartment window.
