The draw for the 29th season of Super Rugby was announced on 16 August 2023.[1] It was revealed days before that the "Super Round", a round during the season that would be entirely hosted by one venue (AAMI Park, Melbourne), would take place for 2024,[2] similar to the National Rugby League's Magic Round[3] and the Australian Football League's Gather Round.[4][5]
