The Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) is a men's professional basketball league in the Philippines. Since its first season in 2018, it saw a total of 34 teams (29 active and 5 former) compete across five seasons. This list shows the overall win–loss records of each MPBL team that competed.

In the regular season, every team plays every other team once, regardless of division alignment. The top eight teams in each division advance to a four-round, single-elimination bracket to determine the MPBL champion for the season.

This list only consists of each team's records while in the MPBL. Team names change often in the league. For consistency purposes, teams are listed by location identifier.
