Ma Fuliang (simplified Chinese: 马福良; traditional Chinese: 馬福良; born 13 December 1968 in Pingdingshan, Henan[2])[1] is a Chinese sprint canoer who competed in the late 1980s. At the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, he was eliminated in the repechages of the K-2 500 m event and the semifinals of the K-2 1000 m event.
