Makowiska [makɔˈviska] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowy Żmigród, within Jasło County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Nowy Żmigród, 19 km (12 mi) south-east of Jasło, and 57 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
