Swallow This Live: Flesh & Blood World Tour is a Poison concert video, recorded May 19th 1991 at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA. The live performance was taken from Poison's 1990/91 world tour in support of the band's third studio album Flesh & Blood.

The concert was originally a pay per view event shown as part of the Thursday Night Concerts series for the Viewer's Choice channel in late 1991. Set to be released on VHS and LaserDisc by Capitol Video, it was cancelled for unknown reasons in 1992. Later the cable channel VH-1 Classic rebroadcast the show in the mid 2000s.

The live tracks from the album release of Swallow This Live (The Album) differ from this video as they are a combination of two performances of Florida dates of the same tour.
