The 2022 Faroe Islands Cup was the 68th edition of the Faroe Islands domestic football cup. It started on 2 April and is ended on 29 October.[1] B36 Tórshavn were the defending champions.

Only the first teams of the participating clubs were allowed to enter the competition.
