Al Bayati (or Al-Bayati) (Arabic: البياتي) is an Arabic surname. It refers to the Iraqi tribe of the same name. The sheikh of the tribe is Wassam Sami Beg Al-Bayati. The tribe exists throughout Iraq, especially in the provinces of Kirkuk, Saladin, Diyala, Maysan and Anbar.[1]
