Aliabad (Persian: علي اباد, also Romanized as ‘Alīābād; also known as ‘Alīābād-e Bālā)[3] is a village in Kalashtar Rural District of the Central District of Rudbar County, Gilan province, Iran. Iranian General Ali Abdollahi is from here.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,500 in 345 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,545 people in 400 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,605 people in 399 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
