Alishar Rural District (Persian: دهستان عليشار) is in Kharqan District of Zarandieh County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,349 in 626 households.[3] There were 2,093 inhabitants in 629 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,969 in 669 households. The largest of its six villages was Alishar, with 1,048 people.[2]
