Amit Chachan (born 5 July 1984) is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, representing the Nohar constituency.[1] He previously served as a member of the 15th Rajasthan Assembly from the Nohar constituency from 2018 to 2023.[2][3] In the 2018 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he received 93,851 votes out of a total of 202,003 votes polled. He is a member of the Indian National Congress.[3][4]
Following the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he was re-elected as an MLA from the Nohar Assembly constituency. He defeated the BJP candidate Abhishek Kumar Matoria with the margin of 895 votes.[1]
