The Central District of Alborz County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان البرز) is in Qazvin province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Alvand.[3]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 94,853 in 24,318 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 104,618 people in 30,126 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 103,962 inhabitants in 32,024 households.[2]
