Season chronology

Dance Plus Pro is the seventh season of reality show that premiered on 11 December 2023 on Disney+ Hotstar and streamed Monday-Thursday. It later premiered on StarPlus on 16 December 2023 and aired on weekends. Tagline of this season is "thoda desi thoda yo". It is produced by Urban Brew Studios in association with Frames Productions.

This season is judged by Remo D'Souza. The captains are Rahul Shetty, Punit Pathak and Shakti Mohan, and it is hosted by Sushant Khatri and Tushar Shetty.

(35 score) actual score (15)+ double plus score (15) + Bonus Plus (5) +15 for captains =35 points

The scores were given in the following manner:
1. A captain can score out of 5 and Super Judge Remo can score out of 10. Remo also had the power to give double plus to the team and the team got additional 10 points.
2. 1st 3 round is Captain's challenge round. Each captain gave a challenge. One performer from each team performed. After that bonus Battle round for all 3 round that gave bonus plus 10 score winning team by remo.
3. 4th round Remo challenge round new exciting theme or challenge win 2 teams.
4. two winning performer from remo challenge round perform for final showdown is decided by Remo. The team whose artist won the final showdown is the winner of that week.
5. Winning captain chose two performers from their team to advance as Finalists and Remo chose amongst them.
