Dowlatabad (Persian: دولتاباد, also Romanized as Dowlatābād; also known as Daūlatābād)[3] is a village in Dowlatabad Rural District of the Central District of Ravansar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 398 in 104 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 353 people in 105 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 326 people in 103 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
