EnergyX DY-Building (Korean: 에너지엑스 DY빌딩) is an office building in Deogyang-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is the first commercial Net-Zero Energy Building (NZEB, or ZEB grade 1) and the first Plus Energy Building (+ZEB, or ZEB grade plus) in Korea It was opened and introduced in 2023.[1] The energy technology and sustainable architectural platform company EnergyX (Korean: 에너지엑스) developed, designed, and engineered the building with its proprietary technologies and services.[2] EnergyX DY-Building received the ZEB certification with an energy independence rate (or energy self-sufficiency rate) of 121.7%.[3]

The building has become a recognizable landmark of South Korea, and it is one of the country's most symbolic examples of green architecture.[4]
