Genex Power (ASX: GNX) is an Australian electricity generation company. It owns the Kidston Solar Project[1] which has been generating up to 50 MW of electricity since 2017, as well as the Jemalong Solar Project.[2] It is developing the associated Kidston Pumped Hydro storage[3] using the abandoned Kidston Gold Mine. It also operates the Bouldercombe 50MW/100MWh battery,[4] located near Rockhampton.

Genex Power later proposes to expand the solar farm and add a wind farm in the same area,[5] as well as a solar farm and battery at Bulli Creek, Queensland.[6]
