Gmina Duszniki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Szamotuły County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Duszniki, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-west of Szamotuły and 36 km (22 mi) west of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 156.28 square kilometres (60.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,160.
