Goat roti (/ˈroʊti/ ROH-tee) is a type of wrap roti, and a traditional Trinidadian dish of Indian origin, popular in the Caribbean and in Indo-Caribbean diasporas throughout the world. It consists of curried goat and aloo (potatoes) wrapped in a roti.[1]
