Havarlı, also Gavarly (Armenian: Հավարիք or Հավարիկ Havarikʿ or Havarik) is a village and municipality in the Yevlakh Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 3,362. The municipality consists of the villages of Havarlı and Əxşam.[1]
