Hemant Meena (born 11 March 1980) is an Indian politician is currently serving Cabinet Minister as Revenue & Colonization Department in Government of Rajasthan. He is 16th, Member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Pratapgarh. He is Member of Bhartiya Janta Party. [1]
Political career
Following the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he was elected as an MLA from the Pratapgarh, Rajasthan Assembly constituency. He defeated Indian National Congress (INC) candidate Ramlal Meena with a margin of 25,109 votes.[2][3][4]
On 30 December 2023 , Meena was sworn in as a Cabinet Minister on Bhajan Lal Sharma ministry in the presence of Rajasthan Governor, Kalraj Mishra and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa.[5][6][7]
