Heruz-e Sofla (Persian: هروزسفلي, also Romanized as Herūz-e Soflá and Harūz-e Soflá, Herūz, Herūz-e Pā’īn, and Harūz-e Pā’īn)[3] is a village in Heruz Rural District of Kuhsaran District, Ravar County, Kerman province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 176 in 50 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 358 people in 110 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 416 people in 125 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
