In August 2021, National Wrestling Alliance announced the Allysin Kay and Marti Belle would be returning, going by the team name the Hex, to participate at NWA EmPowerrr, on August 28, in a tournament to crown the new NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions.[2] At the event, the Hex defeated KiLynn King and Red Velvet in a tournament final to win the revived titles.[3]

On October 24, 2021, at NWA By Any Means Necessary, the Hex successfully defended the championships against Thunder Kitty and Tootie Lynn.[4][5]

Impact Wrestling

On January 20, 2023, The Hex accompanied by Father James Mitchell made their Impact Wrestling debut as a team attacking the Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champions The Death Dollz Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie. It marked their return to the promotion individually as Kay was a former Knockouts Champion under the ring name Sienna, while Belle was a former member of The Dollhouse faction.[9] On February 24, at No Surrender, The Hex challenged The Death Dollz for their Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, however, were unsuccessful.
