Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is in the Central District of Gilan-e Gharb County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,684 in 1,429 households.[3] There were 6,111 inhabitants in 1,533 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,030 in 1,531 households. The largest of its 56 villages was Gur-e Sefid, with 587 people.[2]
