IC Holding, is a private conglomerate in Turkey[1] including construction(IC Ictas Insaat),[2] electricity generation (IC İçtaş Energy)[3] and tourism (IC Hotels).[4] It was founded by the current Chairman İbrahim Çeçen.[5] İbrahim Çeçen's son, Fırat Çeçen[6] is the Vice Chairman,[7] who is also the Chairman of IC Ibrahim Cecen Investment Holding.[8]

With Limak Holding it has a subsidiary which owns two coal-fired power stations in Turkey, Kemeköy power station and Yeniköy power station,[9][10] and locals have protested that that company has cut down trees in Akbelen Forest to expand the open pit coal mine which feeds the power stations.[11] In 2022 criticism of their air pollution continued.[12]
