Issikiomartyria bisegmentata is a species of moth belonging to the family Micropterigidae. It was described by Hashimoto in 2006 and is endemic to Japan.
The length of the forewings is 4.6–5.3 millimetres (0.18–0.21 in) for males and 5.1–5.5 millimetres (0.20–0.22 in) for females.[1]
