José Alejandro Aguilar López (born 24 April 1963) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. From 2006 to 2009 he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Tlaxcala.[1]

In 2021, he was a candidate of the coalition Juntos Hacemos Historia (Together We Make History) for federal deputy again for District 1 of Tlaxcala. He was elected to the LXV Legislature and joined the parliamentary group of the PT. In the LXV Legislature he is secretary of the Culture and Cinematography Commission; as well as member of the commissions of Rural Development and Conservation, Agriculture and Food Self-Sufficiency; and, Economy, Commerce and Competitiveness.
