Kardovan (Persian: کردوان, also Romanized as Kardovān, Kardavān, Kardvān, and Kardwān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Garmsar County, Semnan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 240 in 63 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 307 people in 101 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 306 people in 108 households.[2]
