Khalfehlu (Persian: خلفلو, also Romanized as Khalfehlū, Khalaflū and, Khalfalū; also known as Khalaf-Ali)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Sanjabad-e Shomali Rural District of the Central District of Kowsar County, Ardabil province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 111 in 26 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 83 people in 25 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 42 people in 13 households.[2]
