Kojushë is a village in the Prizren District of Kosovo. The village is part of the Has region.
History
The village Kojush was mentioned in the Ottoman defter of 1452.[2] The village was also mentioned in the Ottoman defter of 1571.[3] Kojush was inhabited by a Christian Albanian population and the inhabitants of Kojush in the 1452 and 1571 Ottoman defters bore typical Albanian names.[4][5] The village in 1571 was recorded with 29 households.[6]
