Loricariichthys nudirostris[2] is a species of catfish in the family Loricariidae. It is endemic to Brazil,[1] where it occurs in the Amazon River basin. The species reaches 23.5 centimetres (9.3 in) in standard length, can weigh up to at least 89.6 grams (3.16 oz), and is believed to be a facultative air-breather.[3]
