Makise Flavius Evans (born August 2006) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL League One club Stevenage.

Career

Stevenage

Evans signed a scholarship agreement with the Stevenage academy ahead of the 2022–23 season, having previously played at under-16 level for Enfield Borough.[2][1] He joined Isthmian League Premier Division club Potters Bar Town on loan in March 2023.[3] Evans scored his first goal in senior football in a 2–1 defeat to Lewes on 25 March 2023.[3] In doing so, he became Potters Bar's youngest goalscorer at the age of 16 years and 217 days old.[4] He made nine appearances in all competitions during the loan agreement,[3] before returning to Stevenage in April 2023.[5] Evans made his first-team debut in Stevenage's 1–0 defeat to Mansfield Town on 22 April 2023.[6] His 87th-minute substitute appearance in the match meant he became Stevenage's youngest ever player.[7]

Stevenage academy manager Jorden Gibson described Evans as a "strong, powerful and raw talent".[2]
