Michael Phạm Minh Cường (born January 27, 1967) is a Vietnamese priest of the Catholic Church who serves as auxiliary bishop for the Diocese of San Diego.
Biography
On June 25, 1999, Pham was ordained to the priesthood. Pope Francis appointed Pham auxiliary bishop for the Diocese of San Diego on June 6, 2023.[1][2][3] On September 28, 2023, Pham was consecrated as a bishop.
