Mihail Kogălniceanu (Romanian pronunciation: [mihaˈil koɡəlniˈtʃe̯anu] ) is a ⓘcommune located in Ialomița County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of two villages, Hagieni and Mihail Kogălniceanu. The village was named after 19th century Romanian politician Mihail Kogălniceanu.
