Mlýny (German: Mühlen) is a municipality and village in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.
Mlýny lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Tábor, 50 km (31 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 90 km (56 mi) south of Prague.
