Moira Leiper Ducharme

Moira Leiper Ducharme was the first female mayor of Halifax, Nova Scotia (1991–1994).^[1] Ducharme lives in Windsor Forks, Nova Scotia.

She was previously the President of Soccer Nova Scotia.
