Nasrabad (Persian: نصراباد, romanized: Naşrābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Khalilabad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,113 in 584 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,301 people in 701 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,182 people in 697 households.[2]
