Neal ElAttrache /EL-uh-TRACH/ is an American orthopedic surgeon who operates on sportspeople and celebrities, specializing at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California.[1][2][3]

ElAttrache graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1981 and completed a medical degree in 1985 from the University of Pittsburgh.[1]

Some of ElAttrache's patients include Aaron Rodgers, Kobe Bryant,[4] Tom Brady, Shohei Ohtani,[5] Zack Greinke, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Charlize Theron and Ringo Starr.[1]

He is also the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Dodgers' team physician.[3]

Personal life

ElAttrache was raised in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania and was an amateur boxer in college.[6] ElAttrache was mentored by sports surgeons Robert Kerlan and Frank Jobe.[7]
